    What is your return and refund policy?

    Our return policy includes a 7-day return on all unused items in original packaging. We encourage our customers to record an instant video of the product condition (scuff, stain, scratches, damage, etc.) after unpacking it and email it to info@westernloom.com. Upon receiving and inspecting both the product and the video, we'll decide whether to refund it. The refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of product receipt and inspection.     The leather we use to produce top-grade ladies' bags is procured from full-grain and top-grain cowhide. Such procurement and process ensure durability, natural texture, and exquisiteness of each handbag, purse, backpack, etc. What also stands out is our handcrafted bags' ability to develop a rich patina over time— a gloss that never fades away.

    Will the leather soften or change color over time?

    Since we use genuine leather to craft top-grade ladies' bags for versatile use, the end product will soften over time. You'll soon experience ease of use while noticing a unique patina over time.

    Are your bags water-resistant?

    Since genuine leather is a porous material, it will always absorb moisture upon prolonged exposure to water. So, we don't claim our leather bags at Western Loom to be 100% water-resistant. Light rain or a small amount of water may be wiped or soaked with a dry piece of cloth. For preventive measures, we recommend applying water-repellent spray or protective balm on your leather bag.

    No. We currently do not offer custom monogramming or personalization in our bags.
